La gestión empresarial y el desarrollo sostenible en las microempresas del rubro comercial textil Gamarra de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “La gestión empresarial y el desarrollo sostenible en las microempresas del rubro comercial Textil Gamarra de Lima Metropolitana”, cuyo problema se ha identificado en el desarrollo sostenible en las microempresas del sector comercial textil Gamarra del Distrito La Victoria de Lima Metropolitana, analiza dicho problema en la consulta adjunta: ¿Cómo pueden los ejecutivos de negocios alentar el avance razonable de las organizaciones de menor escala del negocio de materiales de Gamarra en el Distrito La Victoria de Lima Metropolitana?. Para dicho análisis se propone un conjunto de cuatro hipótesis relacionadas con los negocios en cuestión en los cuales se plantea que son los ejecutivos quienes alientan la mejora sostenible de las organizaciones de menor escala de la zona comercial de materiales Gamarra del Distrito La Victoria de Lima Metropolitana. De otro lado este trabajo se ha orientado hacia el objetivo que lo acompaña: Determinar la forma en que los ejecutivos pueden alentar el avance de esfuerzos de menor escala en el área de negocios de materiales de Gamarra del Distrito La Victoria de Lima Metropolitana. El estudio es de tipo explicativo y descriptivo así mismo se utilizaron técnicas descriptivas e inductivas. El tipo de muestreo aplicado es probabilístico y la población estuvo conformada por 10,215 personas y la muestra por 370 personas. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información fue la encuesta y los instrumentos que se emplearon en la investigación fueron los cuestionarios, guías de análisis y fichas de encuesta. La información obtenida fue sometida a los procesos de organización, caracterización, alistamiento manual y procedimiento automatizado con Excel y procedimiento electrónico con SPSS. El resultado más significativo es que el 86 por ciento de los encuestados reconoce que los ejecutivos de negocios fomentan el avance manejable de las microempresas en la parte comercial de materiales de Gamarra del Distrito La Victoria de Lima Metropolitana.

The present research work entitled "Validation of the digital signature and efficient administrative management in public institutions of Peru - Period 2017-2018", presents the present research work entitled "Business management and sustainable development in the micro enterprises of the Textile Gamarra business line of Metropolitan Lima". This problem has been identified in the sustainable development of micro-enterprises in the Gamarra textile trade sector of the La Victoria District of Metropolitan Lima. This problem is expressed in the following question: ¿How can management facilitate the sustainable development of the micro businesses of the Gamarra textile trade of the La Victoria District of Metropolitan Lima? Before the problem, the solution is proposed through the configuration of the hypothesis: business management facilitation of the sustainable development of the micro enterprises of the textile commercial item Gamarra of the La Victoria District of Metropolitan Lima. This work has been oriented to the following objective: Determine how business management can be carried out in the sustainable development of the micro-enterprises of the Gamarra textile trade sector of the La Victoria District of Metropolitan Lima. The research is basic or pure; from the descriptiveexplanatory level; Descriptive and inductive methods are used. The design is not experimental. The population was composed of 10,215 people and the sample consisted of 370 people. The type of sampling applied is probabilistic sampling. The techniques used for the data collection were the surveys. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The following techniques of information analysis were applied: documentary analysis, inquiry, data reconciliation, tabulation, graphic comprehension. The following data processing techniques were applied: ordering and classification, manual registration, computerized process with Excel and computerized process with SPSS. The result is more important than the 86 percent of the respondents that business management facilitates the sustainable development of the micro businesses of the Gamarra textile trade sector of the La Victoria District of Metropolitan Lima.
